Mgr. Petr Prouza

Experience, Legal Specialization: Petr Prouza is an Associate Attorney with BBH with his principal areas of practice in commercial law, telecommunications, IT and industrial property law, M&A and domestic and international transactions, in particular, in respect to preparing and negotiating contractual documentation.

During his present practice, Petr has advised significant Czech and foreign entities in connection with the acquisitions of companies operating on the Czech and foreign markets in the areas of, for instance, IT or transport, including the preparation and negotiation of the relevant contractual documentation. Petr Prouza further provided notable legal advice in relation to telecommunications, media and copyright matters, competition and real estate law.

Petr Prouza has cooperated with BBH since 2009. Petr speaks fluently Czech and English. After his graduation from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in 2004, Mr. Prouza has worked as a legal trainee. Prior to start of working for BBH, Petr has worked since 2005 as a legal trainee and since 2008 as an Associate Attorney.
