Mgr. Andrea Adamcová
Experience, Legal Specialization: Andrea Adamcová is a Senior Lawyer at BBH and has cooperated with BBH since 2005. Andrea has obtained extensive experience focusing on the areas of banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets. Her specialization also includes commercial and corporate law, contractual law and real estate.
Andrea has conducted numerous financing projects, including the structuring of syndicated, bridge and acquisition finance loans in the representation of leading Czech and international institutions in both lending and borrowing transactions. Andrea is also a member of the BBH team advising clients in the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, EMA documentation and framework treasury documents, as well as in negotiations regarding the related security structures. Andrea Adamcová has also participated in a number of acquisition and joint venture transactions for both domestic and international clients. In 2007, with her colleague Tomáš Otruba, she advised PPF Group N.V. in the creation of Central and Eastern Europe's largest insurer by structuring the joint venture with the Italian insurance company Generali.
Andrea was educated at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, from which she graduated in 2005, and passed the Czech Bar Association exam in 2008. In 2004/05, she also studied at the Faculty of Law of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium where she attended courses in European and international business law.
