Mgr. Pavlína Hájková
Experience, Legal Specialization: Pavlína Hájková is an Associate Attorney at BBH specialising, in particular, in Real Estate law and Commercial and Corporate law with a further focus on civil and commercial disputes before the courts in litigation and arbitration and execution proceedings.
In the course of her legal practice, Ms. Hájková provides legal counsel particularly to Czech companies with foreign commercial property interests in the preparation of contractual documentation related to the transfers, leases or encumbrances of the related real estate. Ms. Hájková further participates in the representation of clients in dispute proceedings with regard to the protection of personal rights and compensation for pain and liability. Ms. Hájková is also a member of the BBH M&A team and is taking part in the preparation of the merger of companies belonging to the SAINT-GOBAIN international group.
As a part of her studies at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, Pavlína also studied at Universität Konstanz, Germany, where she focused particularly on the law of commercial obligations and intellectual property. In the years 2003 – 2004, Pavlína studied the Austrian legal regulation of civil, commercial and insolvency law within the study program organised in cooperation with FOWI (Forschungsinstitut für mittel- und osteuropäisches Wirtschaftsrecht), Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and Österreich Institut Brno s.r.o. Pavlína Hájková has cooperated with BBH since 2009.
