Experience, Legal Specialization: The main focus and domain of the professional expertise of Mr. Jan Macek, Lawyer at the firm, are commercial and corporate law. Jan Macek recently participated in number of big transactions relating to purchase and sale of shares, ownerships interests and real estate as a legal counsel. Jan Macek participated in 2007 together with other colleagues from BBH in acquisition, complete restructuring and subsequent sale of the part of one of the most significant food and agricultural company in the Czech Republic.
