Experience, Legal Specialization: Kateřina Vorlíčková is a Senior Lawyer at BBH and focuses on business and civil law. Her main specialization in this field covers corporate and contractual law, M&A and due diligence. Kateřina Vorlíčková cooperates with the law office of BBH on cases of her specialization, mainly in the area of contractual law and the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation. Kateřina led or was involved with teams of lawyers participating in a number of international transactions.


Kateřina Vorlíčková currently participates in many important projects concerning particularly investments and acquisitions in the Russian Federation. Kateřina participates inter alia in the preparation of transaction documentation relating to the acquisition of a Russian company rendering its services in the area of insurance mediation in the markets of Russian Federation, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Kateřina was also involved in preparation of the transaction documentation and other legal acts for the acquisition of one-third share in a Russian credit organization. Kateřina has further co-operated by representing the largers Russian engineering company in the process of its acquisition of a Czech company providing engineering and supply services for the realization of industrial plants in the petrochemical area.


Kateřina Vorlíčková joined BBH in 2007; from 2003 to 2007 Kateřina Vorlíčková worked as a trainee in the law office Pokorný Wagner & Partner. In 2007 Kateřina became an Attorney-at-Law. She was educated at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Faculty of Law, graduating in 2003 and at the Tilburg University in The Netherlands, Faculty of Law, graduating in 2007, where Kateřina has acquired the LL.M. title in the study program International and European Business Law.
