Mgr. Jana Ilovičná

Experience, Legal Specialization: Jana Ilovičná specializes mainly in business and civil law. Her main areas of expertise are M&A and corporate law, dealing particularly with restructuring companies and professional complex counseling relating to such matters. 

During her professional legal practice, Jana has participated in many domestic and international transactions directly involved in the complex restructuring of significant Czech and foreign companies. Jana has also been an active member on several projects concerning, in particular, investments and acquisitions within the Russian Federation.

Jana Ilovičná graduated from the Faculty of Law, at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, in 2003. Since that time Jana has worked in prominent Czech law offices over the following years and has joined the BBH in 2009.
