BBH advised PPF Real Estate on acquisition of Telehouse office building
We are pleased to share a recent real estate transaction on which BBH, advokátní kancelář advised PPF Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in GP26 a.s., the owner and operator of the Telehouse office building in Dejvice, Prague 6, next to PPF Gate.
Our work included comprehensive legal due diligence of the company and the real estate as well as the preparation of the transaction documentation and its closing.
