Bubny-Zátory: A New Real Estate Impulse for Prague
AKIPIA, Penta Real Estate and J&T REAL ESTATE CZ have joined forces on a project that could fundamentally transform the character of Prague’s wider city centre. The planned development in the Bubny-Zátory area represents one of the most significant developments in the city’s modern history, with a planned investment of EUR 3.7 billion.
We are pleased to have had the opportunity to be part of this key project on behalf of AKIPIA and to contribute to the future development of one of Prague’s most significant areas.
